BitPerfect appears to have a problem with AirPlay following the coincidental updates of OS X to version 10.9.4 and iTunes to version 11.3. It is most likely that the OS X update is responsible, but we can’t be sure at this time. The problem results in there being no sound over AirPlay even though BitPerfect’s menu bar icon is green. Error messages from ‘coreaudiod’ are sent to the console log every second or two. We are still trying to get to the bottom of this, and I will post further information here as things become clearer.
